Split plummer block housing is generally used for self-aligning ball bearings, barrel roller bearings and spherical roller bearings. With the advantage of tight-construction, easy assembly and disassembly and wide range of self-alignment, it is widely used for agricultural equipment, food processing and conveyer system.

1.Construction

1).Split plummer block design allows for easy mounting and dismounting of pre-assembled shafts.
2).Sealing options – we offer a range of sealing options including: FELT, TS, TSU, TSA, TAC, LS TST, U-LOCK, TA, ASNA END PLATE.
 3).Case end covers are available.
4).Multi re-lubrication points are provided to ensure re-lubrication of the bearing depending on orientation.
5).Housings are supplied with spacer rings in order to provide axial location. Those can be omitted for “free end” axial front.
6).The split plummer blocks from CZPT combine high quality material and design to maximize bearing performance.

Thin-wall bearing materials 52100 chromium steel and 440C stainless steel can also be plated with thin chromium layers. Many models can be equipped with seals or dust covers. There are 3 different types of thin wall bearings; deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and 4 point contact ball bearings. Compared with standard bearings, thin-wall bearings can optimize system design more effectively and reduce overall costs. These 3 structural types, combined with different rollers and different cage types, can create a variety of thin-walled bearing products based on limited cross-sectional dimensions.
